What type of loans do you offer?

Installment loans.

What is an installment loan?

An installment loan is a consumer loan which is paid in six monthly installments.

What do I need to qualify?

Live in the local area, have verifiable income, and a checking or savings account.

What are your days and hours of operation?

Our store locations are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and on Saturday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. We are closed Sunday.

 

Do you check my credit rating?

No, we do not pull your credit report to qualify you for a loan.

 

What if I have filed bankruptcy in the past, can I still qualify?

No problem, as long as your bankruptcy has been discharged.

How can I apply?

The quickest way is to call the store location or you can apply online and a representative will contact you the same day if you are applying during regular business hours. If you are applying after 6:00 pm, we will contact you the next business day.

 

How long does it take to get an approval?

It normally takes 30 minutes or less from application to pre-approval.

 

How much can I borrow?

Each customer’s situation is different and the only way for us to determine what is right for you is to process the application completely. We will do our absolute best to try to get you the amount that you request.

 

Do I need direct deposit to qualify for a loan?

No. You can qualify for a loan even if you don’t have a direct deposit into your account.

 

Does my credit line ever increase?

Yes. We re-evaluate your account each time you bring new information in to us and may periodically raise your loan limit up to the amount allowed by state and federal regulations.

If I need to borrow additional funds before my loan is due, can I get another loan?

Unfortunately, state laws require us to limit a customer to one loan at a time per location.

 

What options do I have when my loan is due?

You can come into the office and make your payment in cash or we can process your payment through your bank account for your convenience.

 

Are your services confidential?

We respect the privacy of our customers and we keep all of your personal information as well as all of your information regarding any transactions completely confidential.

 

Who can I contact if I have a suggestion, comment or complaint?

Please contact the office manager for any concerns, or if you would like to praise a staff member. If you have a complaint that can’t be resolved to your satisfaction by the office manager, please contact our home office at (702) 255-6140
